Quantity Discount:

Buy any three cases and deduct three percent off the retail price. Buy any five cases and deduct six percent off the retail price. Orders can be mixed case sizes and options receive the same discount.

TERMS

 

FEDERAL LICENSE

All Retailers must include a signed Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and Business License. When applicable all Dealers must have on file with Freedom Arms a copy of their current Federal Firearms License. This copy must have an original ink signature.

 

 

PAYMENT TERMS

Freedom Arms accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express or Discover Card, which is not charged until we ship (except for a required order deposit). Freedom Arms will accept money orders, cashiers or certified checks for all C.O.D. orders. Payment of C.O.D. shipments by company check requires prior approval (other restrictions may apply). Freedom Arms will accept personal or business checks in prepayment of your order, but allow 10 business days for clearing. OPEN ACCOUNTS with terms of Net 30 days may be established on approved credit at Freedom Arms' discretion only after receipt of a signed credit application (supplied by Freedom Arms). A service charge will be assessed on delinquent accounts, which are temporarily assigned C.O.D. status when any invoice becomes past due. Customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including interest and a reasonable attorney's fee.

 

 

PURCHASE ORDERS

If the terms and conditions stated on your purchase order differ from our regular terms as stated on our invoice and you do not notify us of such within 15 days of invoice date, it shall signify your acceptance of our original terms as stated on the invoice.

 

 

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped F.O.B. Freedom, WY and will be shipped UPS ground unless specified otherwise. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed by Freedom Arms.

 

 

RETURNS

Returns or exchanges may be accepted with PRIOR APPROVAL ONLY. No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must appear on the return PACKING LABEL, and is only valid for 15 days from issue. Unauthorized returns will be sent back at YOUR expense. All returned items must be in re-sellable condition, have original packing material, manuals, and other accessories provided by Freedom Arms, and are subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge. Return transportation and insurance charges must be prepaid (C.O.D.s cannot be accepted).
